Outdoor work in all seasonal weather
Physically active, detail-oriented, and hands-on
Team-based, but growing toward independent work
Opportunities to learn design, plant community management, and ecological restoration
Position & Opprotunities
Garden Apprentice (Entry-Level)
Learn fine gardening and native plant care
Grow into autonomy over time
Pay: $18–$20/hr starting, increases with skill
Garden Technician (Semi-Skilled)
Run maintenance visits, assist with installations
Pay: $21–$25/hr based on experience and responsibility
Future Lead / Crew Manager
Full autonomy, training apprentices, managing installations
Pay: $25–$28/hr
